If you are here, you are probably not feeling great. There's no shame in that.

I provide addictions & recovery counseling, life coaching and relationship coaching. As a Masters level Addictions Counselor, I provide interventions, evaluations, sobriety coaching, expert witness services and workshops. I do a lot of work with codependency and loved ones of addicts/alcoholics. Call me and we'll make a plan to make your life better.

Everybody has struggles, even when they look like they are fine. Rather than hide it, call me and let's see what we can do to fix it.

I ALSO PROVIDE DOT-QUALIFIED SAP EVALUATIONS SHOULD YOU GET REFERRED FROM YOUR JOB FOR A POSITIVE DRUG TEST OR A REFUSAL. I ADDITIONALLY OFFER EVALUATIONS FOR FAILED DOT PHYSICALS.

DOT-Qualified SAP Evaluations

Call me if you get a drug and/or alcohol violation at work and are directed to get an DOT SAP or if you fail a DOT Physical and need an evaluation.

Recovery Counseling for Families.

Families are wonderful, except when they're not, and disagreements and pulling apart happen. There is no shame in asking for help to get back in the groove! (Especially helpful when substance abuse is pulling you apart.)

Interventions

If it's "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH" with the addict / alcoholic in your life, let's talk intervention. It's the most loving thing you can do for them AND you. Nobody should live like this. Serenity is possible.

Relationship Coaching

All relationships hit bumps, no matter how much you love each other. I can teach you the skills to get back to harmony. Includes coaching if you need help finding your way through the dating minefield.

Life Coaching
